AdviceUK and our members warmly invite you to our learning event for the Measuring What Matters programme. We are hosting this event to facilitate a non-judgemental space for advice organisations, funders, and other stakeholders, to come together to talk about impact measurement.

AdviceUK is currently running this Cornerstone Fund programme in partnership with 11 of our member organisations that work with marginalised and minoritised people in London: Youth Legal, Notre Dame Refugee Centre, Arachne Women’s Support, Merton Centre for Independent Living, Latin American House, IMECE Women’s Centre, IKWRO Women’s Rights Organisation, Age UK Lewisham and Southwark, and Account3.

We are looking at how advice services in minority ethnic and marginalised communities are measured, monitored and evaluated: how these processes are shaped by funder requirements, and how current approaches affect people getting advice, and the advice-giving organisation. We are using AdviceUK’s Whole Person, Whole Community Approach to design, test and resource better ways of understanding and evidencing the impact of advice and support.
