This one-day practical workshop is aimed at all Headteachers and senior leaders within Voluntary Aided, Voluntary Controlled, Foundation church schools and academies.
The course comprises:
• A whole day focusing on the new SIAMS Framework for 2023
• Exploration of the philosophy and thinking behind the framework
• Networking to explore how to gather evidence for the six Inspection Questions
• Time to work on your summary SEF for SIAMS with advice from an experienced inspector
• Latest feedback about inspections and emerging trends
All headteachers are encouraged to attend if they have an inspection due in the next 12 to 18 months.
