Armagh Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness meditation is about bringing your attention fully into the present moment and observing whatever arises in awareness with interest, compassion and friendly curiosity. Mindfulness involves being accepting and non-judgemental of whatever arises be that pleasant or unpleasant. The dates given represent the first week of a six week course. Drop-in guests are also welcome on Thursdays - cost £5 per session to those who have already completed one full 6 week course, otherwise £10.

Dr Ann O'Hanlon, PhD
Dr Ann O’Hanlon is a psychologist, CBT Therapist and author. As an academic, she has written several books on topics linked to health and well-being, and presented her ideas at conferences around the world. As a clinician, Ann has almost 20 years’ experience helping people understand and manage stress, anxiety and low mood or depression [more author bio here].
Ann has drawn upon the best available evidence from psychology and CBT to set up “The I Can Centre” where people with health, educational or OCD-type thoughts around “I cant..” can be empowered and supported towards change.
