About this event
Home to the Dundas family since 1571, the family still live in Arniston House today. You are invited to join in an engaging and interesting 90 minute guided tour of this beautiful William Adam Mansion House while the history of the Dundas family and Arniston are put into unique context with Scottish and World events. The Arniston collection contains generations of family portraits and exquisite artworks by such artists as Ramsay, Raeburn and Nasmyth; as well as beautiful period furniture, stunning architecture and stucco work. Enjoy a relaxing stroll in the beautiful grounds and experience the joy of the countryside on the doorstep of the city.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is available for guided tours at no charge
What can I bring into the event?
We invite you to enjoy taking photos of the grounds and gardens but have to respectfully ask no photos be taken inside the house.
The tour is conducted over three floors with no access to lifts within the house. We have limited facilities for disabled access to the ground floor but unfortunately no motorised mobility access.

What's the refund policy?
No refunds are given unless the tour is cancelled by Arniston House; if you need to reschedule please contact the Estate Office to make arrangements.

No printed tickets are not mandatory
