Aroma Dance combines Ecstatic Dance and Pure Essential Oils to encourage your body to open up and release stuck energy.
As we dance ‘like no one’s watching’ to high vibrational Healing House music, and other uplifting tracks, we balance our bodies and free our minds.
Using essential oils as we dance can help to support energy and vibrational shifts…. so, it is a perfect accompaniment to the energetic shifts you’ll feel in the music.
We will start the evening with a cup of heart opening ceremonial grade cacao and enjoy a grounding essential oil blend to help us land in the space.
We will then close our eyes as the music starts and we tune in to listening to what our body needs.
Each piece of music played has been carefully chosen to take you on an uplifting journey as you move your body however it wants, and needs, to move.
I will then use different essential oil blends as a spray mist during certain points in the evening, and we always end the session with a grounding and relaxing mini sound bath to intergrade the whole experience.
This session is held in the most beautiful space, which is always held with love, where we can dance in community with zero judgment on ourselves and others.
No experience needed and everyone welcomed with open arms.
