We will also work with some mobilisation techniques to free tension around the neck and shoulders.

The Oils used in this workshop will perfectly complement the theme of heart opening and gratitude. Using only the purest and beneficial oils - doTERRA Pure Natural Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils including Wild Orange for it's zesty energy and detoxifying properties, Lavender for it's calming and soothing effects, and Ginger as an invigorating stimulant.
