Event description

Description

Would you like to feel confident using Essential Oils? Could you benefit from learning how to make chemical free skin products for you and your children?

Would you like to create and take home customised products to smooth and soothe your skin and mood?

Look no further. This is the place for you.

Join this one and a half hour workshop to discover how to hand make safe natural products that will delight your senses and nurture your skin.

Led by Micha Christmann our Aromatherapy guru, outstanding teacher and practitioner in numerous complementary therapies (she's friendly, inspirational and we think you'll love her), this workshop is designed to provide you with a first-rate exprience of the wonder that is our sense of smell and how you can nourish and pamper your skin.

Let the aromatic alchemy begin.

  • Everything needed during the workshop will be provided. All of which are natural, chemical free products using essential oils.
  • Learn how key essential oils are produced, what they are and do.
  • Discover the healing properties of aromatherapy and the best methods of use.
  • Understand the safety requirements for children and adults.
  • Learn how to make a Aloe Skin Smoother.
  • Learn how to make a Spritz Soother.
  • Explore and choose your own aromatic preferences.
  • Take home 2 products each beautifully packaged ready as a gift to self or for others.
  • Receive a booklet outlining the recipes, essential information and safety guidelines for your future use.

Depart with a new found understanding of what, why, how and when to use essential oils. Confident in the aromatherapy safety guidelines for children and adults. Know how to make 2 aromatherapy products and take these lovingly packaged gifts home. Feel enthused and inspired to introduce more aromatherapy into your life and for the people you love.

Situated in Mason & Company you are then perfectly located on the Canalside at Here East to enjoy a drink, eat lunch, snack and relax - plus Sienna, the General Manager at Mason & Company has offered everyone that attends this workshop 25% of their bill. How good is that!

Grab a ticket, go on, nourish your mind, body and spirit.

Why not give the heads up to a friend who you know could benefit from aromatherapy or buy them a place as a treat, it's the gift that will keep on giving.

We hope to see you there,

Marian and Karen (co-founders of 8)

“A big thank you! We LOVED our Echo workshop with 8 in the Universe last night, making aromatherapy products to reinvigorate body & mind. The evening oozed quality and everyone really loved it. The feedback was glowing across the board. Here are a couple of quotes..."It was one of the best workshops I've attended in years! Lovely ladies, thorough and so smiley." "They were amazing - really well organised, energetic, fun and knowledgeable.”

Stuart Duncan, Community Manager at Echo, the Economy of Hours, April 2017
