Event description
A symposium to explore the art and curation of social justice

About this event

We are delighted to welcome two keynote speakers to this event: Cat Dunn, a DJCAD Doctoral Candidate and Curator of Transmission Gallery's forthcoming exhibition Harbinger, which views the impact of the climate crisis on marginalised women of colour living in urban areas. And Sekai Machache, our much celebrated DJCAD alumni. *Further special guests to be announced*

Alongside our keynotes, DJCAD staff and students will discuss the subject through the lens of art history and critical and contextual practice. Students will also present their creative responses to this important subject.

For further information please don't hesitate to contact Dr Helen Gorrill, hgorrill001@dundee.ac.uk
