Can you guarantee I'll get to follow my chosen pathway?

We'll do our very best to allocate chosen pathways where possible, but to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, we may have to limit numbers if one option proves particularly popular. We'll allocate on a first-come, first-served basis and will contact you to confirm your pathway allocation

Will lunch be provided?

Accepted Answer

No, lunch will not be provided, but you will have a lunch break! Please bring a packed lunch.

Alternatively, you can buy something from our on-campus cafe - but please note that we can only accept card payments as we are a cash-free campus.

Question 3

Is there parking for our minibus?

Accepted Answer

We may be able to offer parking for your minibus. Please indicate on the booking form that you'd like minibus parking and we will be in touch with you directly.

Question 4

Do you offer coach parking?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate coach parking on our campuses, but Winchester City Council offers coach parking at their site on Worthy Lane. See www.winchester.gov.uk/parking/other-parking-facilities for more info.

Can you cover the cost of our travel?

Accepted Answer

For state schools and colleges, we are able to reimburse part of your cost of travel. Please contact us for more information.
