This can cover elements and topics on business structures, governance, fundraising and other elements that are coming up and wanting to be explored
This will be a webinar format; with camera turned off and mics muted, mics can be unmuted for asking questions. Questions and the call will be monitored by A&B NI staff. Please keep this in mind when joining the call

Taking this session will be Sarah Mackey, Executive and Business Support at A&B NI, who will go through the ins and outs of the funding programme and can answer all your burning questions on the call before you apply!
Sarah provides support on business development, business member services and executive support to the CEO and Board. Sarah also coordinates the A&B NI Investment programme, which supports partnerships between arts organisations and commercial businesses. Sarah joined Arts & Business NI in 2014. Sarah has extensive experience in business operations, account management and executive support having worked for 17 years for a bank and for 10 years in a commercial office supplies company where she was Operations Manager.
