Devonshire Square, the iconic London estate, is hosting the Art for Love Christmas Festival in support of homeless charity The Connection to spread the festive cheer and celebrate the season of giving, starting on 1st December when the Christmas tree lights will be switched on.
What better way to get into the Christmas spirit than a trip to Devonshire Square. Hosting an action-packed events line-up and boasting extraordinary lunch time and evening performances, as well as the chance to give to The Connection Charity Centre, the Christmas season will be celebrated in a truly spectacular way.
The beautiful Christmas Wishes Tree will be returning for a second year and will be decorated with paper hearts which are adorned with handwritten wishes of some of London’s homeless. Visitors will be able to read these and choose to honour them by granting the Christmas wish of somebody less fortunate than themselves. All donations will be delivered to The Connection Charity Centre in time for Christmas Day.
Highlights of the exciting Art for Love Christmas Festival include a special merry visit from five adorable penguins, a wide array of musical performances featuring the Capital Arts Children’s Choir and the Get Gospel Choir, plus live entertainment including a professional ballet dancing show, a Michael Jackson break-dancing tribute, topped off with acrobatic and contortionist routines.
