Join me at my studio for 5 weeks of creativity!

Art is a fantastic tool for wellbeing. You don’t need to be an “artist” to take part. My art for wellbeing classes are a space for creativity, curiosity, and self-care. Whether you’re picking up a pencil for the first time in years or you’ve got a well-loved sketchbook at home, there’s something here for you.

Making art can be surprisingly powerful when it comes to supporting our mental and emotional health. It gives us a way to express what we’re feeling—even the things we don’t quite have words for. It helps us slow down, tune in, and be present in the moment. Sometimes, just the act of putting colour on a page or making marks with a pen can bring a sense of calm and clarity.

The focus here isn’t on making something perfect—it’s on the process. This is your space to explore, play, reflect, and recharge. Art making can give us a sense of release, help us work through tough emotions, or simply give us a moment of peace in a busy day. It can also open the door to new insights about ourselves.

Let’s begin with curiosity and kindness—to ourselves and to our creativity.

5 week course - 2 hour sessions - all materials included.

Maximum of 5 attendees per class - £150 each

We will work in a range of different materials across the 5 weeks, and projects will include drawing, sculpting, painting, stitching and more.

Each 5 week course will be different so you can attend multiple times and always be trying something new!

“My initial nerves immediately gave way to excitement and ease thanks to the warm welcome Kate gave and the inspirational art studio setting. The activity was accessible and very pleasurable, and I felt safe and supported. Highly recommended!”

“Hadn’t been to an art workshop before so was a little daunted by what to expect. I needn’t have been! The lovely colourful materials, inspirations and company - it was a fantastic no-pressure space to just be and create. Loved it!”

“This experience was exactly what I needed! Even walking into Kate’s workshop was a delight. I want to do more art now and more of your classes.”

“I arrived feeling quite overwhelmed with “stuff” going on - mental overload. Two hours later and I feel much calmer and more centred. I loved exploring the colours and feeling them change my mood. Thank you.”
