Art In Mind : Young Creatives Workshops

Weekly sessions to unleash creativity through art - organised by Base 51 in partnership with City Arts. Each week will focus on a different type of art - programme released soon!

Venue: City Arts, 11-13 Hockley, Nottingham, NG1 1FH

Timing: 4pm-6pm

Date: Tuesdays, starting from 9th September

Length: 6 weeks

Ages: 11-18

Places: 20 places per week (if you can no longer attend PLEASE cancel your space so someone else can take part)

Art is a great way to boost your mental wellbeing by:

• Reducing stress
• Enhancing self-esteem
• Healthy distraction from daily stressors
• Outlet for processing and expressing emotions
• Promote mindfulness
• Social connection
