About this event

**Art Journalling for Wellbeing** is an art group based in the Wokingham area. However, now you can sign up to a weekly zoom workshop from wherever you are.


If you struggle with anxiety or depression we would love you to join us. We use mindful art techniques to create personal projects for our journals which enables us to channel our thoughts and anxieties in a positive way.

If you are interested in joining us, you can book your place in advance or feel free to message Rachel as spaces are limited.

Refund Policy

Refunds for cancellations on YOUR part will be issued (minus service charge) with at least 24 hrs notice. A cancellation ON OUR part will be refunded in full.

Do I Need to Be Great at Art to Do This Class?

No, you don't need to be an fine artist to enjoy this class. We cater for a wide range of abilities & use mindful techniques to channel our thoughts & feelings.

What do I Need to Bring to Class?

We realise that everyone has different abilities & access to materials so please bring whatever you have & like to use. If you are just starting out, a good set of drawing pencils, fineliner pens & colouring pens/pencils are a good place to start.
