**Art Journalling for Wellbeing** is an art group based in the Wokingham area. Everyone is welcome but if you struggle with anxiety, depression or just find life is very stressful right now, you might find our sessions of particular interest. We use mindful art techniques to create personal projects for our journals which enables us to channel our thoughts and anxieties in a positive way.
