Welcome to Art-liveness- online event where we explore the connection between movement and drawing! The ticket includes:

3 X Zoom sessions 30 minutes each on different days/times: Nov-Dec 2025

29th November Saturday Afternoon session 3.30pm

9th December Tuesday lunch time session: 12pm

21st of December Sunday morning session 10am

Please make sure you save the Zoom link as it is the same for all 3 sessions! (Link visible after the ticket purchase)

Sessions will be provided on Zoom with additional camera allowing you to see demonstrations in action and move/create along. Honorata is an experienced contemporary artist and creative therapist providing group sessions in person and online. She trains counsellors in use of creativity and is registered with BACP as well as approved CPCAB tutor. These sessions will use the blend of approaches from creative therapy, breath work elements, somatic therapy (connection with body) and Laban dance basic principles. Honorata is trained in both creative therapy and Laban body movement, somatic approaches as well as underwent introduction to Authentic Movement training. She is a practicing visual artist, private therapist and keen participant of the dance theatre. Let’s get you moving and creating! Live doesn’t have to be static!
