Sudarshan Kriya, breathing and meditation techniques, light yoga, key knowledge about how to handle the mind, stress and negative emotions.

Course Duration

The course runs over three days: Friday from 6.30pm to 9.30pm, Saturday & Sunday from 10am to 1.30pm.

Places are limited so please book ASAP.


What is Sudarshan Kriya?

It is a rythmic breathing technique which releases stress and toxins from the system and enhances well-being at the pyhsical, mental and emotional level. It is practiced daily by miliions around the world.

Do I need to have practiced meditation before?

No, the course is open to everyone, whether or not you have practiced any yoga or meditation before.

What can I bring to the course?

We recommend you bring comfortable clothing, a bottle of water, a yoga mat and a blanket.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Minimum age is 18.
