🪚 Master the Art of Traditional Joinery – 10-Week Hands-On Introductory Course! 🛠️

Ready to get hands-on with traditional woodworking skills and create your own handcrafted tools? Join our 10 session Joinery Course designed for beginners and enthusiasts who want to build real skills and take home quality handmade projects!

🔨 What You’ll Learn:

Start with the fundamentals and build up your confidence week by week:

🔹 Weeks 1–3: Half Lap Joints

  • Corner Half Lap
  • Mitred Half Lap
  • Dovetail Half Lap
  • Tee Halving Half Lap

🔹 Weeks 4–6: Mortice & Tenon Joints

  • Through Mortice
  • Haunched Mortice
  • Bridle Joint

🔹 Weeks 7–8: Dovetail Joinery

  • Learn the full dovetail joint (3 tails & 4 pins)
  • Practice precision and hand tool control

🔹 Weeks 9–10: Final Projects (Yours to Keep!)

  • Dovetail Tool Tray – A beautifully crafted tray, perfect for tools or home use
  • Wooden Mallet – Choose between a traditional solid mallet or a laminated design

Please bring:

  • Steel toe cap boots (TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON COURSE)
  • H or 2H pencils
  • pencil sharpener
  • rubber/eraser
  • notebook/paper

Refund policy:

  1. 100% refund if the learner has provided 4 weeks notice.
  1. 50% refund if the learner has provided 2 weeks notice.
  1. No refund if less than 2 weeks notice.
  1. If a learner wants to postpone to a later course date then this can be done with no impact on fees paid as long as we have 1 week's notice of their intentions.
