Where is the taster session held?

What art materials will I need to bring?

Bring your own art materials—whether it's pencils, paints, or whatever you enjoy using. These don't need to be expensive, paper or a notebook is handy to bring.

How long is the session?

The session runs from 10:30am- 11:30am. Please arrive for the start of the session at 10:30am.

Is it a "therapy" session?

No, this is just a taster session, we hope you will enjoy attending . We do offer art therapy groups and we can tell you more about these.

The taster session is for adults based in the UK.

Who is running the session?

Two Art Psychotherapists - Katherine Heritage and Anne Stegmann

How will the session run?

The session is run by two art therapists. We will welcome everyone to the session, then it will be time for using the art materials, we will guide you with ideas to try - there will be a good amount for this , then time to come back together and a chance to ask any questions you have.
