This is your chance to explore self-expression, mindfulness, and emotional wellbeing through creative art-making in a relaxed, supportive environment. No artistic experience is needed— art therapy is all about expressing yourself, not creating "perfect" art.
Led by two HCPC registered art therapists, this session offers you the opportunity to experience how art can help you connect with your emotions and gain insights into your inner world. You’ll also have time to ask any questions about art therapy. This taster sesion is suitable for adults based in the UK.
What to expect:
- A safe, pressure-free space where you can share as much or as little as you like.
- Bring your own art material, whether it's pencils, paints, or whatever you enjoy using.
