Explore your inner world through creative expression in a safe, supportive art therapy workshop run by a qualified BACP counsellor (Eva Rey Counselling). No prior art experience is needed.

What to Expect:

• Guided art activities to help you explore emotions, uncover hidden aspects of yourself, and reflect on personal growth.
• A variety of materials provided: paints, pencils, charcoal, collage papers, and more.
• Optional group sharing and discussion in a confidential, non-judgmental environment.
• Focus on self-awareness, emotional exploration, and creative expression.
