Join Artinfusion’s art historian Sabine Casparie for a guided tour that nurtures both your wellbeing and your connection to art.
Art to Mind tours engage with art as a pathway to mental wellbeing. Through mindful looking and reflective discussion, they create space for deeper engagement, connection, and self-expression—an opportunity to slow down in today’s fast-paced world.
In this tour, we will visit the exhibition 'Virtual Beauty' about a theme at the core of Artinfusion: the impact of continued digitalisation on our lives.
How do we stay grounded in a hyperconnected world? Where do we find connection? Featuring over 20 international artists, Virtual Beauty delves into the influence of artificial intelligence, social media, and virtual identities on self-image. In the post-internet era, are we the Gods of our own image?
🕚 When: Wednesday, 24 September |16:30-18.00
📌 Guide: Sabine Casparie, art historian and co-founder of Artinfusion.

Sabine Casparie: I worked as a lawyer before making a career change into art, completing a Postgraduate Diploma in art history at The Courtauld Institute of Art and a Masters in Modern and Contemporary Art at Christie's Education. Since then I have led contemporary art tours in London, in the classroom and on Zoom. I teach art history at Morley College and am a regular contributor to Studio International. Having been hospitalised for depression, and finding healing in art, it is my passion to look at artworks together to improve mental wellbeing.
