14:00, Wednesdays throughout February and March 2019

To coincide with the Royal Academy exhibition Bill Viola/Michelangelo: Life, Death, Rebirth (26 January – 31 March, 2019), St. Paul’s Cathedral is running special art focused tours including Bill Viola's Martyrs (2014) and Mary (2016), two pieces created specifically for the cathedral.

On Wednesdays, throughout the run of the exhibition, pre-booked visitors will have the opportunity to spend time and discuss these modern-day altarpieces in a religious setting, with a cathedral guide, and experience the difference a sacred location may make on the installations. The tour will also include works by William Holman Hunt, Gerry Judah and Hughie O’Donoghue.

*Places are limited and must be booked in advance*.
