Arte3 are Lola Rueda, Tony Tonks 'El Despeinao' and Juan Carlos Otero - a London based flamenco group who have been working together for the last two decades. Their repertoire is a mix of traditional flamenco tablao, theatre, cabaret and fusion. They are joined by flamenco singer Fernando de Tottenham.

Expect a dynamic and surprising mix of music and dance.

Lola Rueda is a flamenco singer & dancer, well-known personality in the London flamenco scene. She was born in Girona into a family of Andalucian flamenco artists. At 10 years of age she began training in dance, and began a career as an orchestra singer. Lola has appeared in flamenco shows all over the world, including India, Pakistan and the USA.She has performed with great flamenco artists like Gerardo Nunez (Bath Festival, 1999), La Chonchi (Granada, 2000) and Domingo Patricio (Oxford Playhouse, Ennis Chord International Music Festival, 2006). Lola has also appeared in shows for the BBC (BBC Proms Ident), Chanel 4 and ITV, imparting her knowledge and interpretation of flamenco for various music programme

Tony Tonks 'El Despeinao' is a flamenco guitarist with more than 30 years professional experience. Based in London, he has performed in around the world. His recent performances include the World Spirit Festival in Jodhpur, India, and ‘Sufifests’ in Goa, Kolkota and Dhaka, The Edinburgh Festival (with “Zik’r”) and at the Biennale of Marrakech. Tony learned dance accompaniment in Madrid, 1980’s, at the Amor de Dios flamenco dance studios, and with teachers including Juan Maya 'Marote' and Gerardo Nuñez. Has studied guitar, as part of his Bachelor of Music degree from City University, London. Tony has played for dance workshops by leading flamenco artists including Antonio Canales, Olga Pericet and Manolo Marín and Mario Maya and with singer Luis Vargas 'El Mono' de Jerez.

Juan Carlos Otero is a singer and flamenco dancer with a background in theatre, cabaret and live music. Carlos is an educator who works in schools around the UK. He has led his own theatre productions such as Don Quijote and Republica and teaches flamenco dance.
