Artemis Elite and Xtreme Cheerleading tryout FREE WORKSHOPS
FREE CHEERLEADING classes. 4.30-6.30pm
On Wednesday 2nd August and Thursday 3rd August we will be at Whitegrove Youth and Community Centre in Bracknell, with Cheerleading try outs for our Artemis Elite (seniors aged 12+) and Xtreme (Youth aged 6+). Everyone is welcome (subject to age and ability in each class), and there is no catch - come, have fun, come back a few times - enjoy!
Artemis Elite are aged 11-19, and are a cheer crew who attend regional and national events.
Artemis Xtreme are aged 6-12 and are a youth cheer crew who also compete in regionals and nationals!
Stunt Cheer - traditional cheerleading with stunt work. Taught by coach Gemah Allen, who has more than 20 years cheer experience, and is a qualified Master cheer tutor. Gemah also runs our Hip Hop Dance teams Artemis Phoenix and Phoenix Jv's. She runs classes with tight discipline, but a lot of fun and team building.
Stunt cheer is very gymnastic and requires skill, dedication and a desire to win!
These FREE workshops will give any new members a chance to try out and show the choreographers and team what they can do. It is also open to any young dancer who wants to test their skills this summer. You don't have to be on, or join the team to participate - we only hope to find some hidden talent in Bracknell!
Artemis offer classes and companies in acting, dance and music during term times - but you do not have to be in one, or join one, to attend these free workshops!
There is a cafe next door in Tesco for parents who want to wait.
