About this event

Come and join me, Silvana, for a truly personal journey into the heart of Italy, right here in my home. Feel the warmth of tradition as I share with you the secrets and the love that I've poured into pasta making, just as it was passed down to me.

In these intimate gatherings, it's not just about pasta; it's about a connection to my heritage, to the very essence of Italian cooking. I'll guide you through every step, from selecting the finest ingredients to the gentle art of kneading and shaping, all done by hand, just as my nonna taught me.

Together, we'll explore the rich tapestry of pasta shapes and flavours, unlocking the mysteries of centuries-old recipes. As we work side by side, you'll witness the passion and expertise that I've cultivated over years of dedication to my craft.

This isn't a commercial venture for me; it's a labour of love, a chance to share the authentic taste of Italy with kindred spirits who appreciate the beauty of tradition. And as we gather around the table, laughter filling the air, you'll experience the true joy of creating something special with your own hands.

So come, join me on this culinary adventure. Let's create memories together, one pasta shape at a time. All you need to bring is your curiosity and your appetite; I'll take care of the rest. Buon appetito!!
