This session will be a participatory, video-on session. It will be held via the online video conferencing service 'Zoom' which you will need to download on your device before the session. Once you have booked we will email you the link to the session nearer the time. This can be accessed from your mobile phone or tablet but is best viewed on a laptop or desktop computer for a larger size. Click on the link 5-10 minutes before the class starts to check connection, if a message comes up asking “Can Zoom access your camera or microphone”, select “Yes”.
