Introducing the Artist for Peace UK Children’s Art Competition 2025 on the theme "Underwater Adventure"!
Hey kids and families, it’s time to let your imagination swim free!
Join the Artist for Peace Children’s Art Competition 2025, where this year’s theme is "Underwater Adventure".
Imagine the magical world beneath the waves—what do you see?
Is it a shimmering coral reef teeming with rainbow-colored fish?
A mysterious sunken ship guarded by sea turtles?
Or perhaps a deep-sea cavern glowing with bioluminescent creatures?
Here’s How to Join:
Create Your Artwork: Think about your dream underwater scene and bring it to life! You can draw, paint, make a collage, create it with lego (create coral structures, sea creatures, or even a submarine!) or some natural materials like shells, sand, leaves, twigs, or stones to craft a textured ocean floor, Sculpt or Stitch, Create a 3D model using cardboard, egg cartons, or other household items. The only rule? No digital art—this is all about getting your hands messy and your imagination flowing!
Capture and Submit: Take a clear photo or scan of your finished masterpiece and upload it to our website: https://www.wfwp.org.uk/artists-for-peace-2025.

The primary goal of this initiative is to promote family oriented activities across the UK, encouraging children to explore creative solutions that engage positivity and sustainability. Through the powerful medium of art, we aim to spread messages of peace and wellbeing among youth and the broader community.
The Women's Federation for World Peace UK is thrilled to announce the 5th year of an art contest for children throughout the United Kingdom with the theme 'Underwater Adventure'. This is your chance to express your admiration and gratitude for world around you.
In honour of the International Day of Women observed on 8 March, submissions for the contest will be accepted from 8 March to 31 August 2025.
The art contest is open to children aged 5 to 15, and participants may utilize any traditional art medium excluding digital art.
Exciting prizes await the winners of each age group: £100 for 1st place, £70 for 2nd place, and £40 for 3rd place. The winners will be revealed and celebrated during an online ceremony scheduled for 20 September 2025 marking the UN day of Peace.
