Holly Manners - A&R, Warner Records

Holly is A&R at Warner Records whose roster includes Dua Lipa, Liam Gallagher and Royal Blood. In the last year she has signed Cavetown, HYYTS and Kwassa, and was involved in the acquisition of data/A&R platform Sodatone. Holly also writes freelance for Line Of Best Fit and The Most Radicalist, and won the 2017 MPA’s Richard Toeman Scholarship. She set up and is Mentorship Director for She.Grows by SheSaidSo, a mentoring project for women in the music industry, which so far has provided services for over 140 executives, and been franchised by the Musicians Union & Amsterdam Dance Event. Holly also sits on the UK Music Futures First Board and Warner Diversity Taskforce.

Peter Thomsen - Promoter, Kilimanjaro Live

Peter is a promoter at Kilimanjaro is one of the biggest national promoters in the UK looking after a wide array of artists from Ed Sheeran and Marilyn Manson to Parcels, Cavetown, and more. Originally from Denmark, Peter started off as a drummer in different bands before moving to London to study at University of Westminster. On the side of his studies at the BA Commercial Music course, he started putting on his own East London showcase nights, presenting the likes of Jade Bird, Nilufer Yanya, Scott Quinn, and Mathilda Homer in intimate settings before first landing an internship at Kilimanjaro and later joining officially as their new music promoter. Now, he works with acts such as Omar Apollo, Highasakite, Dutchkid, Talulah Ruby, and Sunset Rollercoaster, always on the lookout for good new gigs and good new, creative people.

Ellis Mizen - A&R, Good Soldier Songs

Ellis works for publishing company and record label Good Soldier Songs (The 1975, Freya Ridings, Biffy Clyro, Gavin James). They work with a host of excellent writers and producers at the forefront of their respective genres. Since starting as a scout, Ellis has signed two bands, Larkins and Talmont, as well as managing upcoming writers Matt Rist. Previous to this, he undertook internships with BMG and Fiction Records.

Rhiannon Bramley - A&R Coordinator, Bucks Music Group/BDi Music

Rhiannon works at leading independent music publisher BDi and its sister company Bucks Music Group, which represents songwriters, composers and production companies with deals tailor-made for individual creative talent. She hasher own roster of talent and recently signed the likes of Joshua Burnside, Kefaya, Linn Koch Emery, Natty Reeves and Stella Talpo. Previously, Rhiannon has worked at Bounce Publishing and Morgan Bell Management before starting at Bucks/BDi in 2016.

Victoria Becks - Manager/Independent A&R

Victoria works as an independent A&R managing a range of artists, writers and producers. She currently manages LYRA (Polydor/Concord), Jonny Hockings (Kobalt signed writer), HUMN (writer producer) and 12 Billion (writer/production duo).

Jess Iszatt - Radio Presenter (BBC Introducing and Magic Chilled)

Jess presents the BBC Music Introducing in London show every Saturday night, supporting the best under the radar music from London town. During the week she presents Monday-Friday on Magic Chilled . In her free time, she’s always eager to discover new music.

Umong Shah - Manager

Throughout the past 8 years, Umong has been working across the music industry. He is a regular panellist at industry events and conferences both domestically and internationally (SXSW, Mu:Con, Live at Heart & The Great Escape). He is currently managing Elle Exxe, who has received critical acclaim from the likes of The Times, The Independent, Rolling Stone and Q magazine.
