Event description
Are you interested in applying for funding to do a PhD in the area of Arts & Humanities?

About this Event

Are you an MA student considering applying to do a PhD in the area of Arts & Humanities? A self-funded PhD student in their first year of research? A member of academic staff at Queen Mary interested in supervising excellent PhD students?

The London Arts & Humanities Partnership (LAHP) is responsible for awarding around 90 AHRC PhD studentships to UK and EU students each year. The partnership involves King's College London, LSE, QMUL, RCA, RCSSD, RCM, SAS and UCL, as well as a series of key non-HEI partners (see www.lahp.ac.uk). We are holding an open meeting for Queen Mary students and staff Thursday 7 November 2019, ***. The Director, Alison Blunt (QMUL) will be there to tell you about what LAHP has to offer, and to answer any questions you may have.

Do come along if the idea of being funded to do a PhD appeals to you, or if you want to supervise funded PhD students.
