Event description

Description

Plymouth Culture is proud to host an all-day arts fundraising event which will explore alternative models of funding. We’ve got some fantastic speakers who will be sharing their expertise and wisdom around arts fundraising, so come and join us to discover more about:

  • Trusts and Foundations - Dom Jinks and Joe Meldrum from Plymouth Culture
  • US funding models (including individual giving, corporate giving and society fundraising) - Heather Thomas from Sutton PR
  • Legacies - Claire Routley from Plymouth University
  • Crowdfunding - Hannah Sloggett

This is a free event and lunch will be provided free of charge. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please contact Joe at info@plymouthculture.co.uk

Car parking is available around Ocean Studios within the Royal William Yard. There is a parking charge. Alternatively, the number 34 and 34A buses run from Royal Parade to the Royal William Yard every 15 minutes.

This event is part of Horizon, a collaborative two year programme of visual contemporary arts, funded through Arts Council England’s Ambition for Excellence fund and delivered by a partnership between Plymouth Culture, Plymouth University, Plymouth City Council, Plymouth College of Art, Plymouth Arts Centre, KARST and Visual Arts Plymouth.
