What to expect?

This training session will help those new to the Artsmark award to develop their understanding of the Artsmark process and the many benefits of working towards the award. You will get to know the Quality Principles that underpin your Artsmark journey, and discover the support tools and resources available to you.

Offered in this session:

• High levels of planning support
• Support as you start drafting your Statement of Commitment
• Tools needed for you to develop your creative aspirations
• Opportunity to network with other schools and education settings

Who is it for?

• For those that have registered for Artsmark, via the Artsmark website, and are looking to begin their Artsmark Journey.
• Two members of staff from your school or education setting are required to attend, one of which must be a member of your Senior Leadership Team.
• What do you need to know?

• You will be sent a link to a resource pack a week before the session.
• Before the day you will prepare for the training by making notes on your setting's current provision using the Self-Assessment Framework.
• This session is interactive and requires you to have your camera switched on; in a suitable space away from others, as trainer interaction is essential.
