Curious Minds invites Cultural Organisations to attend an information briefing regarding the Arts Council's Artsmark Partnership Programme

About this event

The Artsmark Partnership Programme is an Arts Council England endorsed network of arts and cultural organisations and practitioners that understand the Artsmark criteria and can support schools and education settings on their Artsmark journey to embed arts and culture across the curriculum. The North West region has the most Artsmark registered schools in England. Many are using the Artsmark Award as a process to look at their provision and curriculum in light of the Ofsted framework which is focusing much more on a broad and balanced curriculum and cultural capital.

Here’s why you should join:

  • Engage and build new audiences through schools and families
  • Support to map your current offer against Artsmark criteria
  • A framework to support development of your CYP offer and respond to the Cultural Education Challenge
  • Gain a better understanding of the needs and priorities of education settings
  • Develop deeper, longer term relationships with education settings
  • Contribute to, and benefit from, signposting and sharing of best practice with like-minded organisations

During this session we will also discuss how arts and cultural professionals could develop their offers to support Artsmark schools with emerging school priorities as a result of the pandemic and what those future partnerships may look like.

This event will be taking place via Zoom. Once you have booked onto the session, you will be contacted in due course by a member of the Curious Minds team with the registration link for the meeting.
