Event Details

ArtSoTrans presents an evening of live performance for Transgender Day of Visibility 2019!

Featuring a debut comedy performance from Joey White - if anyone was born for stand up, it would be him. Often creating a comedy vibe at the most sombre of occasions, he can't help but pop a few quips and jokes - finally, bringing some humour to the stage in the first of what we hope will be many more gigs to come!

Ash Ellis - prolific shouty folky punkster, you may have seen them play all over Southampton, wherever there is space to share music Ash will gladly step to the plate. With songs about love, loss, politics and cheap whiskey Ash fills the stage and gets a room pumped.

Hunting Hearts, self described as garage rock synth pop, hurtled into the music scene of Southampton within 5 weeks of forming, to play their first live show at Trans Day of Remembrance 2018. They are an unapologetically queer, all trans band, going from strength to strength, with plenty of covers as well as original songs that will bring not only the house down, but the system too.
