An Exploration of ArtYoga
with Kate Andrews & Muriel Mueller

Join this unique one-off workshop led by artist Kate Andrews (Founder, SketchBetter) and yoga teacher Muriel Mueller (Founder, MuMu Yoga).
During this workshop there'll be a guided yoga class from which you'll then be taking learnings and insights to paper and expressing your energy, emotions and physical movements through visual art.
You will also explore the seven chakras (massive nerve centres in the human body), their colours and how they relate to your happiness and wellbeing.
This is a one-off class and is limited to 20 attendees so please book early.

Attendees must be over 16 years old.
£20/adult (£12 Students - bring your NUS card)
Please note there is no step free access to the first floor venue.
Please bring your own mat, refreshments and a jumper.
Kate Andrews is the Founder of SketchBetter, a new enterprise focused on art and well-being. This event is hosted as part of her inaugural solo exhibition, Story Spheres (17 Oct - 8 Nov 2015) at Cass Art in Kington Upon Thames.
Muriel Mueller is the Founder of MuMu Yoga in Kingston Upon Thames. MuMu offers yoga classes across Kingston and Hampton Wick; secondary schools; one-on-one; private yoga tuition and yoga retreats. Muriel has been teaching yoga for 15 years.
