The session I intend to deliver will highlight findings from my Impostor Phenomenon research.

‘The Myth of the Low Confidence Woman: The Impostor Phenomenon and the implausibility of success’. Dr Theresa Simpkin delivers highlights of her research to identify how managers, organisational systems and structures may feed career and success limiting behaviours in women experiencing the Impostor Phenomenon.

Dr Javaid Butt is a Senior Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering in the Faculty of Science & Technology. He is an active researcher in the field of additive manufacturing with expertise in interdisciplinary studies associated with Mechatronics and Robotics.
