ASA - LEVEL 1

The ASA Football Agent Education - Level 1 could be your first step onto a pathway that leads you into an exciting career as a Football Agent.

In January 2023, after a hiatus of 8 years, FIFA re-regulated Football Agent activity. FIFA's new regulations came into full effect on 1st October 2023, however, they have already reinstated the FIFA Football Agent Exam. The first exam took place on 19 April 2023, the second on 20 September 2023 and the third one is on 22 May 2024.

Anyone who wishes to act as a football agent will now have to be licenced by FIFA. The process is expensive, complicated and the exam is far from easy.

Before even contemplating a career in the football agent business make sure you know what's involved and what to expect.

Taking place Online, the webinar will be led by Tony Sharkey, Football Agent and CEO of the Football Transfer Forum. Tony, a successful Football Agent for over 22 years, will provide you with his own personal account of how he started in the business. Tony will be joined by Ryan McKnight. Football executive McKnight has worked with several football clubs including Wolves, Port Vale and Stockport County as well as being the former editor of FC Business magazine. He has also interests in a private football academy and a non-league club.
