This is an excellent opportunity for staff, volunteers and others to get a better understanding of the impact that ASB has or can have on people, their wellbeing and health but also, on our communities. The training takes 2 hours and provides ample information about what ASB is (not), ways to deal with ASB, how to report it and what we at ASB Harmony offer. We will explain the referral process into our service, what outcomes we look for and how mediation can make a difference when both parties agree that something needs to be done in for example neighbour disputes.
