Event description
This session is designed to be an informal, safe space for care staff to talk freely, share ideas and discuss lessons learned during COVID.

About this event

The adult social care sector is working tirelessly to keep our service users safe during the COVID 19 pandemic. Care teams are exhausted and need time to reflect on the care provided over the last few months.

This free session is designed to be an informal, safe space for care home and home care staff to talk freely about the positive and negative lessons learned regarding Safety during the pandemic. Each attendee will have a set time to talk if they wish. The session is not recorded.

We hope that the session will help with reflective practice and all attendees are encouraged to get involved and help each other with tips and well being support ideas.

It is expected that this will be a confidential discussion to aid quality improvement for your care team.

The session will be hosted by Georgina Turner who has a keen interest in health and well being.
