About this event

The day out is for children of ANY age accompanied by their parent/carer. All children must be accompanied by a parent/carer over the age of 18.

ASD Family Help staff will be on hand to help welcome you and your children and will be available throughout the day.

There is loads to do at Beale Park and the ticket booked with us will cover your entry to the park, access to view the animal enclosures, adventure play areas, splash park and a miniature train ride.

At 11.30am, we have also booked a 30 minute mini-beasts workshop in the afternoon that you may wish to attend. The workshop is a discovery session, with hands-on and sensory elements. We will be comparing the bugs and animals we would find in a rain forest compared to our own woodlands. There will be opportunites to explore the feel and smell of what we might discover and the chance to hold some mini-beasts.

The workshop is not available to children under 3 years (due to health & safety and insurance policies within Beale Park).

IMPORTANT: Please read below to check ticket details

All bookings must be paid for in full, in advance (online). No reduced price tickets sold on the day via ASD Family Help.

You will need to book one valid ticket for every person in your party (child or adults).

Because tickets are heavily discounted for this event, the cost of tickets for children aged 2 or over, adults or seniors is the same.

If you book a free carers ticket, please remember that you must bring along proof of qualifying as a carer (one of the following valid forms of proof of disability for the child/adult you are caring for: DLA letter, Disabled Badge, Access Pass, PIP Letter, Carers Allowance or CAN cards).

Tickets are not refundable unless we are able to resell them. We will do our very best to resell tickets, but cannot guarantee this. (We have paid in advance for all tickets and will not get a refund ourselves for any unused tickets).
