Europe’s Largest Science Education CPD Conference

How much does it cost to attend?

One day registration starts from only £99 and with a Saturday special from only £75. Book before Friday 27th October to qualify for the cheapest Early Bird rates.

Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Yes. Children under the age of 18 are permitted into the exhibitions only when accompanied by a responsible adult. Unfortunately no other aspects of the conference can permit access to under 18s.

What are my transport and accommodation options for the event?

Road: Liverpool is well-connected to the UK motorway network via the M6 and M62. 2 hours or less from Birmingham, Sheffield, Leeds or Loughborough. There is no parking on campus. Delegates are advised to use Pay and Display for example in the Mount Pleasant Car park.

Rail: Only 2 hours 13 minutes from Central London; 3 hours from Newcastle; 2 hours 18 minutes from Leicester.

Air: Liverpool John Lennon Airport is only 9 miles from the city centre and offers over 60 inbound UK and European routes.

Hotels: Stay at a local hotel with preferential ASE conference rates. Delegates need to book directly with the hotel. Please see the ASE Conference map for details and click to reveal the disocunted booking reference.

What's the refund policy?

Tickets are non-transferable. Cancellation of registration before 24 November 2017 will incur no cancellation charge. After this date no refunds can be made.

All delegates are advised that by registering for the conference they agree to abide by the conference terms and conditions.
