Programme
Visit our website to view the programme on the online digital timetable Sched for the most up to date information, being updated throughout the Christmas and New Year break. Friday 28th and Saturday 29th January will have sessions suitable for all audiences, with Technicians day on Friday only, whilst Saturday 19th February will have a focus for an 11-19 audience, and Saturday 26th February's sessions will be for those with an interest in Primary science teaching and learning.

What's my membership number?
For member rates, you need to be an active member of the Association. Your new membership ID number can be found in the top righthand corner on your My Account page of the ASE website after logging in (the numbers issued from the old system that start with an M are no longer valid). If you're not yet a member and would like to get the best conference rates, you can join online or over the phone on 01707 283000.

When will I receive my ticket/delegate badge?
Delegates registered on Eventbrite will be emailed their Zoom links on the afternoons prior to each day's sessions - please ensure to register with an email address that you can access!
What's the refund policy?
Cancellation of registration prior to 5th January will incur a 5% cancellation charge . After this date no refunds can be made. For delegates who had originally registered for the face to face event, refunds will be processed or registrations rolled over to the 2023 event throughout January - we thank you for your patience whilst we process these.
