Workshop Title: The Progress Canvas - John Brooker
I am delighted to announce that John Brooker is travelling from London especially to attend our workshop and to present a workshop on his fantastic SF tool, the Progress Canvas. This has wide application in Organisations and John is going to go through this with us. At the end of the workshop you will be able to use the Progress Canvas yourself and will be able to obtain a copy of the template afterwards.
About John Brooker
John is a very successful international SF facilitator, speaker and author, and he has been using SF in his approach since 2004. He has a passion for spreading the application of SF to the benefit of others, and to further this he is President of the Association for Solution Focus in Organisations.
The event is supported by both the UK Association for Solution Focused Practice
(www.ukasfp.co.uk) and the Association for Solution
Focused in Organisations (http://sfio.org/). The best hopes for our meeting
is that we continue to develop a network of SF Practitioners and enthusiasts in
our area, and I would be grateful if you would share this invitation with
anyone you think would be interested, copying me for information.
The idea of this event is that anyone who is interested in SFP can meet with
likeminded souls for mutual education, information and the sharing of ideas
The meeting will be held on Monday 7th November 2016 between 12 noon and 5pm,
with optional excursion to the pub afterwards. Lunch will be provided, as
will refreshments during the day.
We will meet at The Gujarat Hindu Society Centre, South Meadow Lane, Preston, PR1 8JN. This
location is a short walk from Preston Railway station. Parking is also available on site with 90 spaces available on site.
The meeting will be run at a forecast breakeven so there will be a cost of
£20 which will cover room hire and lunch/tea/coffee. If there are any
profits, these will be carried over for future meetings, pending the establishment of a community bank account for our group.
Please note that there is a £1.99 fee for the Eventbrite system. Hope that is OK!
Please share this with anyone you know who may be interested.
