Can non Ashley parents/carers attend the event?

Question 2

How can I ensure I sit with the people I want to?

Please book as a group to guarantee preferred seating choices. Tables seat up to 10 people. Any smaller groups will be put together to fill the gaps. i.e. a group of six tickets and four tickets will be put together.

Question 3

How do I select my menu?

Accepted Answer

A google form will be sent to all attendees via Eventbrite ticket confirmation and also through class WhatsApp groups to select your menu choices and let us know about any dietary issues. Please ensure you have your booking reference to hand as it will be required for the form.

What if I arrive late for the event?

Your seat will still be available however proceedings cannot be paused to accommodate, and please see above for running order.

Question 5

Can I pay in installments?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately not, as this would require a huge amount of admin on the part of the parents organising.

Question 6

Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund if I can no longer attend?

Yes up to the end of April. This can be done through your eventbrite booking but any refunds will be minus the Eventbrite cancellation charge of £6.96

Can I sell my ticket if I can no longer attend?

Tickets can be sold on, but only to other current Ashley parents/carers and whoever buys your ticket would need to remain in the seat allocation you have.

Can I change my menu choices?

Accepted Answer

Menu choice adjustments can be submitted up to a week prior to event, but only for a genuine reason and if the venue can accommodate the change based on timeframes.

Can I offer an Auction Prize?

Yes please! However please note that in the spirit of auctions this ideally needs to be a high price ticket item and/or unique experience. If we have a surplus of donated items we may look to do a raffle. More details on this coming soon

Is there a non alcoholic option for the welcome drink?

Yes, we will be providing a non alcoholic glass of fizz

Is there a dress code?

We have stated Dress To Impress as we want you to have the flexibility to wear what you feel most comfortable partying in. However, we do ask that you keep it smart. In the nature of the Ashley ethos we encourage you to shop your wardrobe - no pressure to buy new or hire a tux, unless you want to.

Is there a cloak room?

To save costs and increase fundraising we have chosen not to. Instead dinner jackets/shawls can be left on back of chair or on rails located near the bathrooms through the far doors as you walk in. All items are left at own risk. It's May so hopefully you can save bringing a coat!

Question 13

Can I leave my car in the car park?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Guests will not be fined for leaving car overnight you may leave your car and collect the next day.
