Join Lydia who will take you through an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga class, linking movemements to breath, heating the body and stilling the mind. Lydia's style is taken greatly from the primary series of Ashtanga.
The sequence will be modified for all levels so you are welcome to come whether you are a complete beginner or already have a strong Yoga practice.
Yoga can provide a number of health benefits, both physically and mentally, and is considered a helpful tool for living a healthier and more balanced life.
