Frequently asked Questions

1. I am not flexible, can I still do yoga?
Absolutely YES. Yoga is not about flexibility. Instead, it is about finding ease and comfort in your body and mind. We will start step by step doing what your body currently can and believe me or not after several classes you will be amazed on what your body is actually capable off
2. I heard that ashtanga is a difficult style of yoga not recommended for beginners.
That’s not true and actually ashtanga yoga is an ideal way to start and build a safe and strong practice.
Ashtanga is a traditional yoga method where postured are sequenced in the progression of the level of difficulty. Student is given the next posture only when his/her body is ready and capable to do all the previous postures in the sequence. This approach guarantees steady progress in physical practice and develops both strength and flexibility in your body.
3. Is yoga just a way of light exercises following by relaxation?
Yoga is a method of finding your true self and living healthy, meaningful, and peaceful life. Yoga does start from the exercises which detoxify your body and make it strong. By learning how to control your body, eventually, you will learn how to control your mind and your emotional responses too.
There is a proven track of how Ashtanga yoga helps those who tried to get rid of their anxiety, addictions or simply excess weight and I would be extremely happy to be able to help people become stronger and healthier again and live more peaceful and happy life.
