Welcome to our latest round of face-to face Employment Law Breakfasts.
This November we are going to be looking at the Employment Rights Bill as it continues to progress through the Parliamentary stages, and in particular look at the practical steps businesses should be taking to prepare for implementation. This will include a particular spotlight on varying contracts of employment in light of the planned changes to “fire and rehire”.
We will also review any impact or potential impact of the Autumn Budget (depending on when this takes place) and provide a case law update.

As usual we shall be running these events across the region, and you are welcome to attend whichever is most geographically convenient. A light breakfast will be supplied, and these events are free to attend.
