Our Asian Vegetarian cookery class is inspired by classic vegetarian dishes from across China, Japan & Thailand.

About this Event

As more and more people are opting for the veggie way of life, we have put together a diverse menu that is a vegetarian's dream.

This is a class brimming with savoury flavours and aromatic spices, and you will create a range of mouth-watering dishes that are satisfying. Inspired by Chinese, Thai and Japanese cuisine, these recipes prove that incorporating more plant-based dishes in your diet can be easy and delicious.

Good Housekeeping Triple-Tested recipes: Deep-fried Tofu with Spicy Teriyaki Sauce; Miso Aubergines with Spring Green Rice; Yaki Udon; Jackfruit ‘Duck’ Pancakes.

The course includes practical tuition from our trusted GHI chef tutors, recipes and ingredients, plus refreshments. Aprons and cooking equipment are provided for you to use on the day.

All food produced during the course is yours to take home.
