📌 Programme
Format: Presentation, panels, and interactive sessions will all feature! All sessions will feature opportunities for delegate engagement/embedded Q&A time following the session.
Cross-Stream Sessions: Held in the Main Conference Hall, these sessions bring together all types of institution to break down silos and encourage innovative and creative thinking and solutions for international education.
Streams: These sessions offer the opportunity to work in smaller, focused groups to explore key areas with sector-specific experts.
Stream 1 - Schools (Early Years through to K-12/Secondary)
Stream 2 - Further, Higher Education, and TVET Provision (Universities, Colleges, Training Organisations, Business Schools)
Networking: Dedicated networking activities and slots are available throughout the event (including tea/coffee breaks and lunch on both conference days) and will culminate in the Networking and Awards Drinks Reception at the British Consulate General HCMC on the evening of the 16th!

ASIC Events Policy
Tickets: Please note that ASIC reserves the right to refuse admission. In purchasing your ticket(s), delegates accept the terms of the ASIC Events Policy in full. The deadline to get tickets is non-negotiable as we have to fulfill strict registration criteria for hosting the event.
Disclaimer: It is your personal responsibility to ensure that you follow any laws, guidance, or regulations that may affect your attendance at the conference or your travel to the event. ASIC will not be held responsible for your failure to do so, and we will only issue ticket refunds in accordance with the ASIC Events Refund Policy.
ASIC Events Refund Policy: Delegates may request refunds up to 14 days before the start of the conference. After this date, ASIC will not issue refunds under any circumstance. Please see the event FAQs.
Last-minute attendance issues (14 days prior to the event): Where (in accordance with the ASIC Events Refund Policy above) you have purchased a ticket and are unable to attend the conference or part of it, we will send recordings of presentations (where this is available).
Media, Photography, and Recording Policy: By participating in this event, you grant ASIC full rights to use any images resulting from the photography/video filming and any reproductions or adaptations for publicity or other purposes to help achieve ASIC aims; this might include, but is not limited to, the right to use them in our printed and online marketing and publicity material, social media, and press releases. If you do not wish to feature in official media from the event, please inform an event organiser. Please be aware that other attendees may take photos or recordings of the event, and we cannot be held responsible for the taking and distributing of attendee images/recordings.
Event Emails and Marketing Policy: By purchasing a ticket, you are explicitly granting permission to ASIC to contact you regarding the event and for marketing purposes for future ASIC events. (You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and all such emails from us will contain the option to do this.) Event emails will come from “events@asic.org.uk” or a member of the ASIC Conference Team email ending “@asic.org.uk.” Please note that we must be able to contact you about the event you have purchased a ticket for; we do not accept any responsibility for information not received because it was ignored, lost, or deleted. Frequently asked questions
Yes, registration information can be updated until 14 days before the conference start date . To update your registration information, email events@asic.org.uk along with a copy of your booking confirmation email and details of the requested changes. We will do what we can to amend your information.
The collection of any information by ASIC asked for during registration is necessary to hold the event.
Yes. The registration fee is transferrable, although ASIC does require you to inform us of any name change or delegate change you wish to apply no later than 14 days before the conference start date. To do this, email events@asic.org.uk

Yes. ASIC requires all conference delegates to show their ticket on arrival for both days of the conference (this can be a digital version on an electronic device or a printed ticket).
Your Eventbrite transaction receipt will be sent to you once it has been paid.

ASIC is an independent, government-approved accreditation body specialising in the accreditation of schools, colleges, universities, training organisations and online and distance education providers both in the UK and overseas. Our process examines the institution as a whole, including the administration systems, teaching and delivery of the courses to ensure that the required standards are met.

ASIC is a UK Visas and Immigration (part of the UK Government Home Office) approved accreditation body for the Short-term study and Standard visitor visas.
ASIC is a Full Member of INQAAHE: The International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education. Approved Members are independently assessed and approved by the Membership & Membership Services Committee of the INQAAHE Board.
