Can I update my registration information?

Accepted Answer

Yes registration information can be updated until 14 days before the conference start date . To update your registration information, email events@asic.org.uk along with a copy of your booking confirmation email and details of the requested changes. We will do what we can to amend your information.

Question 2

What will ASIC do with my registration information?

Accepted Answer

The collection of any information by ASIC asked for during registration is necessary to hold the event. The Dubai Tourism Culture Authority (DTCM) also requires the following information from each delegate: First name, Last Name, Nationality, Country of Residence, and email/mobile number.

Question 3

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The registration fee is transferrable, although ASIC does require you to inform us of any name change or delegate change you wish this to apply no later than 14 days before the conference start date. To do this, email events@asic.org.uk

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration does not match the person who attends?

Do I have to bring my ticket to the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes. ASIC requires all conference delegates to show their ticket on arrival for both days of the conference (this can be a digital version on an electronic device or a printed ticket). The ticket will come from the following email address: no-reply@eventhere.com

Where are my tickets?

Accepted Answer

Your Eventbrite transaction receipt  will be sent to you once it has been paid. Your ticket which will allow entry to the conference will be sent from:
no-reply@eventhere.com
This is the ticket you will need to allow entry for both days of the event.

Did my order/registration complete?

What is the Event Refund Policy?

Accepted Answer

ASIC will issue refunds up to 14 days prior to the start of the conference. After this date, we will not issue any refunds for any reason. 
Please note: In purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms and conditions of the ASIC Events Policy and the ASIC Event Refund Policy in the above section.
